Amy and Carey ran the trail 5K run on Sunday, March 9th. Amy ended up placing 8th overall for the women. We ran this 5k race after a 6hr mountain bike race we both did the day before, so our legs were a little sore.Wednesday, March 12, 2008

Carey pictured on the final stretch of the 5K run. He passed the runner in front of him capturing the title of 3rd place over all! Great job Carey!!!!
